Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. Her first role was an supporting character in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). She then played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt and had a supporting role in the series that ran for a short time The Ex List. The first season of FX's American Horror Story, she was Moira O'Hara's child character. She was later Kaylee in season three. She was Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead as well as Sophie on the NBC series This Is Us. She voiced a variety of characters in the show Family Guy, an animated comedy. She has been voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe on Netflix's Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was born in Darien in Connecticut. She relocated to California with her mother at the age of 10. They were able to move around for a year before they moved to Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she began to take an interest in photography, acting and singing. Breckenridge moved back to Los Angeles with the help of her mother at age 15.
