Laura Linney
Laura Leggett Linney (born February 5th 1964) is an American actress from America. Linney has been awarded numerous awards, such as four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. Linney's Broadway debut came in the year 1990. She has received Tony Award nods for her Broadway revivals The Crucible (2002), Sight Unseen (2004, Time Stands Still 2010,) and The Little Foxes revival (2017), My Name Is Lucy Barton (2021) as well as The Little Foxes revival (2017). In 2001, Linney received her first Emmy Award she ever received for her television film Wild Iris. Other wins were followed by comedy Frasier from 2003 to 2004 and the miniature-series John Adams in 2008. In 2010, she appeared in The Big C on Showtime, for which she won another Emmy distinction in 2013, between 2017 and 2022. She will appear in the Netflix crime drama Ozark.
