Anne Curtis
Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is a TV presenter, artist on record as well as an entrepreneur. She received many accolades during her career. Her name has been included to win the eight PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards as well as for the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred over a number of shows on television, such as Hiram as well as Kampanerang, (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011, and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) In the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel she played Komiks legendary character Dyesebel. she also hosted the Showtime noontime show (2009-2010) Anne Curtis (born 17 February 1985) is an Filipina Australian model, actress, television host and record artist. Over the course of her career, she has received numerous awards such as her two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards in addition to being awarded five PMPC Star Awards. Additionally she has also been nominated for two Gawad Urian Awards as well as eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis was a part of a variety of television programs such as Hiram (2004-2005) Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). She played Dyesebel, the legendary Komiks character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she was a host on the afternoon variety show, It's Showtime (2009-2020). Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia she is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith an Australian lawyer. Her father had been wed to Ojales before 1982. Her younger sister, who is also an actor, is her father. Clare is one of their cousins at the day of father's death. Clare passed away at four months old in 2007 due to an illness of the heart.
